Aaron L. Seable

After earning a degree in International Studies: Law & Diplomacy from Brigham Young University in 2002, Aaron L. Seable attended and graduated cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, at BYU, in 2005. Mr. Seable thereafter spent one year gaining valuable experience as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Gregory Anderson of the Seventh Judicial District in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Born and raised in Caldwell, Idaho, Mr. Seable was excited to return to the Treasure Valley to join Hamilton, Michaelson & Hilty, LLP in 2006. He was made a partner of the firm in 2012, and he was a founding member of Hilty, Bower, Haws & Seable, PLLC, when it was established in 2024.

Mr. Seable is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Idaho.  His primary areas of practice include Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Planning for Incapacity, Probate, Business Formation, Business Transactions and Succession Planning, Real Estate Transactions, and Municipal Law. 

Mr. Seable is known for his professionalism, ethics, communication skills, and legal ability, earning an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review rating by Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest recognition in the legal industry.*

For more than ten years, he has enjoyed the privilege of hosting a monthly legal clinic at the Senior Center, in Nampa, Idaho. In 2024, Mr. Seable was selected as a recipient of the Denise O'Donnell Day Pro Bono Award from the Idaho State Bar. This award is presented to at least one attorney in each of Idaho’s seven judicial districts who has donated extraordinary time and effort to provide pro bono legal services to clients in the community.

Mr. Seable speaks Spanish fluently (se habla español), a skill he acquired while serving two-year volunteer service mission in Buenos Aires, Argentina. When not practicing law, Mr. Seable enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, fly fishing and enjoying the outdoors. He and his wife, Marcia, are the proud parents of five children.
