Business Entity Formation

Picture
Forming a new business is always complicated.  Succeeding with that new business is nearly impossible, if you have to spend all of your time lost in the technicalities and paperwork involved in getting your concept off the ground.

Some important questions to answer early in the process are: What type of entity should I use in the formation of my business?  Should it be a limited liability company, a partnership, a corporation, an S-corporation, or some other type of entity?  What personal protections will each type of entity afford me as the owner?  How will the entity be taxed?

Working together with your accountant and other trusted professionals, the attorneys at HBHS can guide you in determining which choice of entity will best meet your specific needs, and they will assist you in the process of forming that entity, from start to finish.
