Natalie Greaves
Natalie Greaves practices all aspects of family law, from divorce, paternity, modification of custody, and adoption, to guardianship and working as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem in minor, developmental disability, and adult guardianship cases. Natalie is also an Idaho Supreme Court certified child custody and property division mediator. She believes that the best lawyers are peacemakers, working to find solutions in even the most emotionally charged situations. Inviting an attorney into a situation can either simplify or complicate the experience. Often, having someone "fight" for you in family disputes only prolongs the fight rather than working to solve the problem. Natalie works to problem-solve either through an agreed upon settlement, or by litigating the disputed issues with the Court. Natalie also focuses on dividing retirement assets with Qualified Domestic Relations Orders, including other related orders for dividing military retirement, and federal, state, and private pensions. She drafts these both for her own clients as well as for other law firms or unrepresented clients.
Natalie grew up in a tiny town in northern Wyoming and honed her survival abilities as the only daughter in the family. Natalie has always been active and interested in leadership, and was one of two students selected from each state to attend a leadership conference in Washington D.C. in high school, as well as being selected for other state representation at national conferences. In college, Natalie graduated with honors. As a law student, she completed externships with a 9th circuit court, the U.S. Civil Attorneys' office, a federal trial court, and the state appellate court. After graduating law school, she clerked for the state appellate court for the first year of her career and has been practicing family law since that time. Natalie joined Hilty, Bower, Haws & Seable, PLLC, as a partner, in 2025.
