Mo Haws
Mo Haws is a civil litigation and trial attorney. Mo is fourth generation Idahoan and graduate from Middleton High School (’09), Boise State University (’17), and the University of Idaho’s College of Law (’20).
Mo grew up ranching in Idaho and learned to appreciate Idaho’s natural resources, animal husbandry, and agriculture, including the interplay between Idaho’s rural ranching/farming communities and the urban communities they serve. Mo’s upbringing spurred his desire to have a litigation practice that largely deals with real and personal property rights. Mo’s practice areas include: Real Estate (including purchase and sale transactions, boundary disputes, easements, and water rights),
In addition to his litigation practice areas, Mo also helps clients with estate planning, business formation, and business/real estate transactions.
Outside of the law, Mo enjoys reading, ranching, woodworking, fly-fishing, biking, hiking, and canoeing. Mo and his wife Annie live in Boise with their dogs (Jac & Stanley) and cats (“Rola & Ruthie”).
